The haircut was fine. The problem is with Treatwell booking service. I booked the appointment 6 weeks ago, got email confirmation and no notification that there was a problem, drove 100 miles with 2 small children to find Kings Road had no record of my 11.00 booking with Maria and that Maria was not even working that day. Luckily Louisa had a gap at 11.00 and cut my granddaughter's hair. Trotters as good as ever but would not use this booking service ever again.
