Nancy was incredibly kind and made my son feel very comfortable during his first time sitting in the chair by himself. She is very meticulous and gave him a perfect haircut. We will definitely return and book with her if possible.

The stylist did not seem to know how to handle a toddler. Was quite aggressive with moving the toddler’s head/holding it in place. We have been going to Trotters for a few years for our child’s haircut but has never encountered an inexperienced stylist like the lady we had this time. Quite frankly, not sure she knows how to handle a small child.
