I’m sorry to say that although she was very kind, the haircut my son received was unfortunately quite poor. It turned out looking like a bowl cut, and I had to take him to another hairdresser the next day to fix it.

Haircut was ok. Lady was very unpleasant and did not even try to make it nice for the kids. Did not smile once. We always had a wonderful experience at Trotters but this was terrible, even considered stopping midway it felt so unpleasant
