We had a very bad experience. My baby is 1 year old and it is very expected that a baby this age might be unsettled during a hair cut. He was very emotional. The lady who was supposed to cut his hair was VERY rude, not helpful at all or supportive. She just managed to level up the stress level. Thankfully, Angela stepped in to help and try to cut my baby's hair and somehow helped to canalize a bit better the situation but the other lady was awful. She should quit. Shame not to have her name.

Laura was the worst hairdresser we have experienced in six years at trotters. My son’s hair is all misaligned, she didn’t cut behind the ears properly, a completely mess.
