I have three stars for Monika only because we didn’t have Monika in the end but the lady we had was fabulous. My son’s haircut is great and she was really calm, pleasant and efficient.

My experience at Trotters with Angel was disappointing. She didn’t listen to my haircut request, constantly corrected me, and seemed more focused on finishing quickly than ensuring satisfaction. When I asked for a shorter cut, she ignored my request and rushed through the job. In the end, she barely trimmed my son’s hair, cleaned his neck, and hurried us out without paying attention to what I wanted.
