My sons haircut took longer than expected, he is 3 years old and understandably won’t sit still. However, when it was my daughter’s time to cut her hair, it was rushed and not the hair cut I wanted. When I spoke to the hairdresser she told me there was no more time and this wasn’t a salon. Having paid £40, I left very disappointed.

The woman who made haircut said when I asked her to cut hair at certain length at the forehead - ‘I will ask you when it’s time’. This type of reply to customer request is inappropriate. I will never visit this store for haircut and go instead for another store.
