The stylist was not good- the hair cut was crooked when in there and I asked him to fix it there and then. He responded that kids move there heads so it will never be perfect. When we got home and washed her hair there were multiple long chunks scattered throughout from 1cm to 5cm that had been left out! I've used Trotters KR since daughter was 1 years old (now 5!) So very surprised at the poor cut. Will now move to a proper hairdressers!
