This was a terrible experience for me. I had booked a 10 mins slot instead of a 20mins slot so I appreciate the issue was mine In the first place.
They were not running on time and appointments were literally back to back which is not sensible when you ha e a young child. I asked if I could get a bit more cut off my sons hair but there was no time - the cut was so rushed there’s not even time to clean your child or dry their hair properly and it’s winter? Far too busy and not child friendly

My son’s been had a hair cut with Ana since he was 2 years old, his hair is very difficult to cut but Ana always make it nice.

My 3 year old son is Autistic so really struggles with having his hair cut, I only ever take him to see Ana at Trotters kings Rd as she is so patient and really puts him at ease , would not go anywhere else .
