My eldest was scared of having his hair cut after a bad experience during lockdown. But Ana was amazing. Put him at ease and it was the first time he didn’t cry whilst having his hair cut in what feels like forever! Thanks Ana you are an angel

My daughter has curly hair and it wasnt combed but she insisted on combing it dry which in my opinioin and experience is painful to the child so my daughter was crying the whole time. This was the only glitch we had otherwise I loved the haircut and the staff were nice especially Hajar.

We normally go to Trotters for my kids haircut but our appointment on Sunday was not good. The left side of my daughters hair is longer than the other side. The lady who cut her hair was sweet just not happy with the way it was cut.
