Ana was great. She put my eldest at ease and cut his curly hair in the best possible way to still enhance the curls but making it tidy. My youngest had his first ever haircut and proved to be a very difficult customer. Ana managed to work around the screams and cut his hair perfectly while trying to engage with him.
