The haircut was terrible. I had mentioned that my son has cut his hair off and it would need a short haircut. Instead the person basically sent him back looking the same, berating him (unnecessary and an exaggeration) and telling him it would take three haircuts to grow back properly. In general, this has been my second bad experience and your hair stylists are not trained well. It’s probably better to go to a normal hair salon than this is my conclusion.

we really like Trotters, King's road and go there very often for many purchases and also haircuts. We live in Hong Kong but very much enjoy our visits at Trotters.

Ana is absolutely wonderful with children. She is friendly, warm, and knows how to distract them. My 3 year old son moves around a lot, and has trouble sitting still, but Ana always knows how to communicate with him and talk him through the haircut. She does a fantastic job! We’ve been going to her for a year and a half now and I’d highly recommend her.

Aiden was wonderful. Completely reassured my daughter, was very patient and gave her a wonderful cut. He chatted to my son kept him entertained and seemed interested in both of them. I hope he stays, we would love to have appointments with him again.
