We were running late for our appointment but when we arrived our stylist was pretty unfriendly and not chatty / welcoming. I felt very uncomfortable even after apologising profusely for being late.
I have three daughters all of whom have received first haircuts and shoes from you over the years as well as being a regular shopper and I just feel customer service has started to slip.
I have decided to get the girls haircut elsewhere from now on.

Trotters was a game-changer. Ana was AMAZING and so great with my son! He usually hates haircuts but she gave him cars, made the helicopter blades spin with the blow dryer - she was amazing and it was a great cut!
