Our daughter had her first hair cut with Leah and it was incredible. The shop and haircut station was very busy but Leah made her feel comfortable and assured. We felt like we were with an expert pair of hands, Leah took the time to give us excellent advice on what works with her hair type and what shape would be best. In the end we left with a certificate, a lock of hair and a chocolate gold coin which made the experience even more special!

The haircut was okay, but stylist was ‘not very smiley’ (words of my daughter).
She suggested that my daughter’s last hair cut was poor, I told her that it was at Trotters, but she seemed not to believe me.
I have always found the stylists at Trotters to know exactly how to engage with the children in their chairs, but she did not seem to.
