The place was clean but the equipment could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly after the previous client. The workstation was cleaned but not the tools.
The environment was ok, quite busy & a lot going on in the shop so I think it would’ve been better for the aquarium & hair station to be separate from the shop, at the back where the shoe area is currently.
Stylist was pleasant, kind & lovely but I don’t feel completely understood our needs. I wasn’t wowed by the haircut & slightly regret it.

Clients not wearing masks, the hair cut area looked messy, appointment delayed by someone who had basically jumped the queue to get haircuts for their 2 little ones. Our appointment felt rushed as the lady cutting hair tried to catch up for the 10 min delay. Hair not cut in a straight line. All in all I will be looking somewhere else next time.
