This is now my favourite Trotters store. All staff so helpful, polite lovely atmosphere. Hairdresser was thoughtful, kind, reassuring, understanding. Staff here are a credit.

Excellent experience. Our boy was really scared and upset when he initially sat down but Tracy quickly brought over some toys to distract him and was very good with him, as well as doing a great job with his hair.
