We were running a little late but nevertheless still got seen to. Our son is 23months and was his first hair cut, he cried the whole way through but the lady was so patient with him. She stopped when needed and continued once he calmed down. He came out looking all handsome

Not the cheapest but if you have a young child who usually dislikes haircuts, they are great.
