Tracy was great. The kids had a bad haircut prior to this and Tracy was able to adjust it and reshape it, she made it really nice again. She is very experienced and not afraid to face something new.

Trotters has been excellent in communicating changes to their services, and putting additional safety measures in place. They quickly updated their booking app and schedule with all the procedures and 'what to expect' for customers coming into the store to shop or get a haircut. Hairdressers/staff are friendly and polite, and it has been a challenging time but they make the store experience for parents and kids safe, comfortable, and positive.
