We were left underwhelmed and disappointed by our experience as we expected more from a brand so renowned as Trotters. It felt impersonal and rushed and for a first haircut we had hoped for better. I would not recommend or go back. I cannot fault Nici as she is clearly capable and kind but I think the system is at fault. In the end I just felt like an RVU, and that we were an inconvenience for being 1 minute late of our 20 min allocation of which only 5 mins was cutting hair

Adeline was amazing. Our child was not at all happy about having his hair cut and despite him screaming and trying to escape the whole way through Adeline managed to cut his hair and was totally unfazed by his meltdown!

My son had been traumatised by previous barber experiences, so going to Trotters was an amazing difference. Anja was patient and calming & my son absolutely loved it - much better than the screaming of previous trips to the barber.
The fish tank, chocolates and promise of stickers also helped!
Highly recommend for anyone's first haircut, or if you've been burnt before!
