I won’t be going back to Trotters for a hair cut. The stylist was very rushed; the whole cut took perhaps five minutes. She cut my child’s hair unevenly. I’ve had to go elsewhere to get the fringe straightened out. Even though staff were controlling entries, the shop was crowded enough that it wasn’t possible to stay 1m away from other customers. Really disappointing, especially given how expensive these haircuts are compared to other salons.
