Rosie wasn’t the most plaisant person. As the first hair cut to my baby I wanted to get some pictures and obviously was zooming for not taking a picture of her. She asked me to stop and was quite upset. Then my baby was moving around and I called him as I thought it would help her she said in a very cold tone “ stop calling him” with no further explanation. I wouldn’t recommend this hair stylist at all.
She has been nice with the my baby right at the end but was too late to forget about it.

Really wanted to come to Trotters for our son’s first haircut but the lady doing it was so miserable and cold towards me and his father - almost rude! She really spoilt what should have been a special milestone. Wish we’d tried a different Trotters
