Booked in for my son's first haircut which was a huge milestone for us. The stylist was impatient, bordering on rude and not at all kind to my son or us. She rushed us when we were taking before pictures even though we had arrived 5 minutes early for the cut, she didn't explain to us or to him what the process would be - just strapped him in and started cutting. Lastly, she wasn't sympathetic at all when he was crying during the haircut. The cut is actually quite bad.

Have got our baby’s haircut here a few times but unfortunately this haircut didn’t turn out very well. Very choppy and uneven.
