Easy to get an appointment, they always do a good job. I like that they don't wash the kids' hair, makes it quick & easy. Kids love the reward at the end!

We've not had this hairdresser before, and while she was fine she wasn't particularly happy about the haircut I asked for which was previously done beautifully by another hairdresser at the same Trotters, This time she cut it unevenly, telling me that this was because of the side-parting. I asked for it to be corrected but was told it should look like that, so I backed down. I've since realised I should have stood my ground.

Tjen, is so professional. No matter how much my toddler has cried. She is calm composed and just works around the little ones. She has never raised an eyebrow even when the boys have caused havoc. Been booking with Tjen for four years.
