after a negative experience in the westfield branch, the turnham green branch was so much better - a lot calmer. the staff were so sweet and just seemed happy to be there! Jodie was absolutely amazing, really calmed my daughter & made her so comfortable getting her hair cut this time (especially as she has a hair dryer fear + prev bad experience) - i will always come back here now! thank you so much!

Although our little daughter came in as a girl and went out as a boy ;-) all went swimmingly well. Quick, efficient, friendly and - most importantly - no fussy toddler either! We'll be back...
