Our son is anxious of having his haircut and Tijen took a lot of care to calm him down and still managed to give him a great haircut. We wouldn't hesitate to get an appointment at Trotters Turnham Green again and we would especially book with Tijen.

I am sorry to give negative feedbacks, this is the first time it happens, but my son's hairdresser was really unpleasant, she has not answer any of my questions / comments, did not answer when I talked to her or when I ask for her point of view on the cut, and she barely looked at me when I talked to her.
However, the cut is good, my boy is very pretty.
