Normally our experience is good with Trotters Turnham Green, however our recent visit left us disappointed ☹.
We found the hairdresser quite abrupt and appeared impatient at times where her finger would be in my child's face in an attempt to keep them still. Also times she would correct the position of the head with her hand with force. Didn't seem child-friendly.
The cut was not good - the front is uneven and one side is very wonky ☹.
Sadly, I think it is time we found elsewhere.

Tijen is absolutely great with my son who suffers with haircuts and he has gone from a screamer to absolutely calm 😀

It’s a very tough job cutting the hair of small wriggly people and it was done beautifully. He enjoyed it too!
