Jodie stepped in to cover daughter’s usual hairdresser. Overall a good experience and an OK haircut. Feedback - please notify customers in advance if different hairdresser, try to listen to requests (hair was longer than asked for and uneven but was concealed with hair product), ask before blow drying (some young children do not like this) and please ask before applying product (we did not want any).

Great service as ever, Tijen was fantastic with my son; so far he was been scared by haircuts but Tijen took his anxiety away and he even wanted to get back onto the chair once he was done.
