My first time with Vali and I’ve been coming here for 2 years now. She was rough, cold, and wasn’t taking any feedback. My toddler was stressed through out the haircut and the only thing kept him sitting there was the fish. The haircut obviously turned out disastrous. I won’t come back the next time after this experience.

Kellie was so kind and friendly and happily chatted to us to make my sons first haircut less daunting and a nice experience, thank you Kellie! We will always come back to you! The real fishes that looked happy was a nice touch, as was the toys ready for little hands to play with!
