Environment was great, but the stylist seemed in a rush and keen to get us out of the door as quickly as possible. Asked her to go over an area and where it was still long and she just said she had already done it and she was reluctant to tidy around the edges... Was his first haircut, it did the job, I would say ok not great.

A child-friendly environment requires more than just booster seats and toys—it requires a stylist who understands that kids, especially babies, may cry, wiggle, or need extra time and reassurance. Sadly, that kind of care just wasn’t there.
