Charlotte was really great at reassuring my toddler during her first haircut. She was patient and calm, and my little girl felt super special.

Pleasant experience. Charlotte was very professional and handled my crying son with calm which always puts a mother at ease. Added bonus there was treats for finishing with chocolate coins and stickers - lovely gesture. The hair was exactly what I asked for and I think we went over the 20 mins time slot but it was not raised and I was not rushed out.
Overall a very good experience.
