We were expecting a more fun / relaxing atmosphere for our daughter (1 year old )
When she started to cry there wasn’t any bubbles as mentioned on the website but only the aquarium with fishes. I was expecting a bit more for the haircut price.

I took my daughter for her first haircut here after it was recommended by a friend and I wasn't happy at all with the service. When I booked I said that this was my 1.5yr old's first cut so she might be nervous. She was quite distressed, but the hairdresser didn't help me at all to try and calm her down, she just stood by and let me try to deal with her. My daughter was distressed through the whole ordeal and the lady only managed to cut a few snips of hair from her fringe. Disappointed.
