It’s always been straightforward to make appts, Kellie cuts our daughters hair really well and always makes her feel reassured and special, making it an enjoyable experience for her. I like it that Kellie consults me during the haircut to ensure I’m happy with the style and cut.

My daughter is two years old and it's not easy to get her to sit still. But Kellie was kind and patient and kept her distracted long enough to do a great haircut. The fish tank is huge and fascinated my daughter, and to top it all off she got a sticker and a chocolate coin at the end of the cut which was a lovely touch.
