Charlotte has really rude behavior to my son. She said straight, head down, don’t look mummy etc. and i didn’t see in trotters but after haircut my son said mummy my ear was hurt and his ear covered full of red. She hurt his ear with machine. My 6 or 7experience in this hairdresser. We choose Tijen every time, we were happy.

Charlotte was really lovely with Theo, chatted to me throughout and gave Theo his best haircut for a while. We will definitely be asking for Charlotte again

This was the second time that Sophia got a haircut at Trotters. She was very excited to go from the beginning since she loved the idea of seeing the fishes and getting some treats at the end of it. Charlotte did an amazing job with her keeping her distracted and giving good suggestions for treating her hair. The final result was excellent and she looked like a new girl.

Great location for a kid's haircut. They can watch the fish during the haircut and the hairdresser was very kind and calm and worked quickly and gently. Very pleased with the experience and haircut.
