Our favourite stylist that we booked (Jodie) was not there on the day.
The haircut was okay but the stand-in was a little rough and he got a little upset as a result.
Ideally we should have been notified that our stylist was not there so we had the choice to rebook.
Next time we will insist on Jodie cutting our sons hair.

We’ve been going to Trotters since my daughter was little. She is autostop and this it the only hairdresser she would accept. Hairdressers are always very friendly and patient.
