Haircut was fine but hairdresser wasn’t very friendly considering it is a children’s salon.

I felt that there was no patience with a baby 1 year old and on his first hair cut. I would have aspected more attention and empathy with the baby. I booked here paying more because I thought that being a baby’s shop the service was more attentive to a baby need instead it wasn’t like this. I won’t go here again. So frustrated and upset

We had my daughter’s first haircut at Trotters Turnham Green. It was a special day for us and we had the greatest memory with the exceptional service provided by Tijen. She was very skilled and had a very good communication with my toddler. The end result was very pretty and it was complete with a beautiful certificate. I will definitely use this service in the future again. Thank you.

Tijen was so great. Very calm and reassuring and the cut was precise and well executed. Our daughter hates having her head or hair touched so we were expecting a very tricky time but it was actually great fun and the final results are fantastic. Highly recommend.
