It was Charlotte who gave our daughter a haircut, she was quite friendly, very good with our daughter, kept my daughter calm and focussed and gave us good tips on how to handle our daughters hair going forwards. All in all, Charlotte is an exceptional hairdresser and even a more wonderful woman.

My son has very long hair and was a bit anxious about a hair cut, but Jodie was really warm and friendly and understood immediately what to do. She was chatty and friendly and made the experience really stress free, and we are really pleased with the haircut which was exactly what we hoped for.
