We were welcomed and checked in straight away, and shown who our stylist would be (which was helpful as we could see she was still attending to the previous client). We were going for a big change and Kellie just "got it". She professionally and skillfully cut my daughter's hair to exactly what we wanted (perhaps even better than we expected!). The sticker and chocolate coin at the end were an added bonus. I can't fault the whole process and my daughter is itching to go back already!
