I made appoitment with Charlotte i waited one week for appoitment,when i arrived i was informed that the Charlotte is not there and Natalie will do the haircut ,even they called me in the morning to change the time ,but they did not say the haircut will be done with the diffferent person.My son was crying all the haircut i saw members of stuff laughing in the back i found it very unprofessional.When i left one of the stuff was holding her laugh ,that was last time my son had the haircut there.

It was Charlotte who gave our daughter a haircut, she was quite friendly, very good with our daughter, kept my daughter calm and focussed and gave us good tips on how to handle our daughters hair going forwards. All in all, Charlotte is an exceptional hairdresser and even a more wonderful woman.
