I had a great experience—staff were super friendly and great with kids. One small note: the toy car stand right by the haircut area is very tempting for little ones (and pricey!), which could lead to a few tears. Otherwise, everything was lovely!

Jodie took a lot of trouble over my grandson’s haircut and was happy to cut the fringe a bit shorter when asked. Jodie was kind and patient and I would highly recommend her
