The haircut for my daughter was done terribly, some of the hair was long so had to cut this myself. I understand that it was not easy as my my daughter was uncomfortable with the high chair, but staff should have done something about this to accommodate children like this. Not worth the price paid for.

Hairdresser was not in a great mood. It felt rushed and not a great experience for my child’s very first haircut. His haircut was also ok, a bit blocky. Will not be returning

Charlotte is amazing. She cuts the hair very well and is very professional. She can even cut the hair very well when the baby just wakes up. It turns out that professional things should be left to professionals.
