Eden was exceptional. He was really polite, he gave great advice and was really good with my son. My son always cries during haircuts but with Eden he was really happy and he made him feel really comfortable. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Unfortunately my grandson had a full meltdown and the haircut couldn’t be completed, but Danielle was amazing and did her best to finish and to calm him down. I have booked another appointment! Which is unfortunate and costly.

This was for our daughter’s first haircut. From the moment we got there, both staff members ensured we were well looked after. Apologies I can’t remember her name (the lady who cut my daughter’s hair) but she was so lovely and I’m sure that’s why my daughter didn’t cry at all for her haircut. She was really kind.
There was another lady who assisted us in getting the Trotters passport ready and explaining what it is I need to do re collecting the stamps. Cannot fault them. Best experience.
