The second haircut we do here, and both times the result is just terrible. Not even, fringe is like rainbow, just very disappointed with result

Hair cut was a bit rushed and not even. We always come to Trotters for a haircut so a bit disappointing this time.

I asked for a traditional little boys hair cut for my son. He sat very still and so there was no excuse for what we walked out with - a terrible bowl cut that needed fixing by another hair stylist at another Trotters location. I also asked for her not to use the clippers on his hair and to leave it long - it was totally hacked at and she used the clippers anyway. I was devastated and sadly won’t be returning. Very disappointing for what should have been a real treat.
