Great salon - my kids loved the fish tank - but felt that the hairdresser didn’t listen to what I asked for. Took off far too much (and cut my son’s sideburns) even though I was very specific about wanting to maintain hair length / style for a particular event. It’s a lovely hair cut but not at all what I asked for / wanted and been stressing about it ever since.

We had so many other great appointments it is a shame we have to give a bad one this time. My daughter’s fringe was butchered by the hairdresser and she also refused to use a clipper for my son’s hair so we have to go get it cut again elsewhere

I brought my daughter in for a fringe trim and was very clear about the length I wanted. Despite my clear and specific instructions, Vali cut her fringe far shorter than requested, halfway up her forehead. I’m absolutely livid. As soon as I saw it, I told her she’d cut it far too short, but she didn’t apologise or acknowledge what I’d said. I’ve had good experiences with some of the other stylists here and would happily book with them again, but I won’t be booking with Vali in the future.
