The appointment was a little delayed, but I understand that this usually happens when working with children. Everything was excellent and I thank the hairdresser for her good attitude and patience with my son.

Overbooked, understaffed and rushed. My son’s hair had to be tidied up at home after the cut and we were made to feel like we were difficult customers when asked if they could do it at the time.

Hodan was amazing. Our son wasn’t feeling well and was teething - never a good combination! Then the last thing he wanted was to have a haircut. We had to hold him still and at 19 months he was not a fan, but somehow Hodan managed to give him a haircut and he was waving and smiling at her at the end - a cheeky chocolate coin didn’t hurt to turn him around!
