Very poor experience. We usually get my son’s haircut in Trotter (Kensington). We opted for Westfield branch this time as we had shopping. We were really disappointed. It was our first experience with Hodan. She was very grumpy and rude. There were some dirty and broken books that we were given when we asked if there was any books that we could read our son whilst having haircut. We will not visit the Westfield branch anymore and definitely not booking this hairdresser as Very unprofessional.

Charlotte is amazing! She’s respectful, patient- she never disappoints.
My son doesn’t really like going to the hairdressers.. but Charlotte makes the whole experience positive!
