The hairdresser is a lovely woman and very patient with children. But the haircut was the worst haircut my son has ever had. It’s a complete catastrophe. My son can be quite difficult sitting still as a 2 year old but the barbers have always managed to finish the haircut with a perfect fade and cut. The minute I saw her cut the front of his hair in a straight line I knew it was going to turn out terrible. He has chunks of hair not faded. Trotters at Harrods was far better.

Very poor experience. We usually get my son’s haircut in Trotter (Kensington). We opted for Westfield branch this time as we had shopping. We were really disappointed. It was our first experience with Hodan. She was very grumpy and rude. There were some dirty and broken books that we were given when we asked if there was any books that we could read our son whilst having haircut. We will not visit the Westfield branch anymore and definitely not booking this hairdresser as Very unprofessional.
