We have been Trotters for haircut since my son 1year old. Now he is 5 i mean for years. Generally hairdressers much more child friendly they talk with our son about him about fishes and with a smile on their face. This was not like our previous experiences. It was Friday and 5pm maybe she was tired but we came Westfield to haircut from a 40min. distance. We also doesn’t like haircut. For the next time i would like to know who i choose when i am making booking. Thanks
I booked in for my 8 month old son to have his first hair cut at the westfield shepherds bush store on Saturday 20th November at 1.20pm. We were lucky enough to have Charlotte who made the WHOLE experience memorable and amazing for not only for my son but me and my husband too.
Charlotte was so so patient and kind, she made my son Jovan feel at ease and offered to take our pictures with him after he had his haircut. These small gestures honestly made the first experience one I will not fo
Normally enjoy getting my son's hair cut at Trotter’s, but this time it was very stressful. The stylist kept asking me questions about techniques I had no idea about which flustered my 2 year old and made the whole experience stressful for him. He cried even before the haircut and well after. This does not normally happen.
