Charlotte was very rude and had a manner not fit for children. Hodan took over thankfully and was lovely.
I have been coming to Trotters for 6 years now but this experience has put me off - I will use an independent salon in the future.

Unfortunately my son needed the toilet as soon as we reached trotters, so we went a bit late for our appointment. However, Maria was still able to cut my son's hair in the time that was left. And did a good job. Thank you.

We always take Freddie to Trotters for his haircuts! Charlotte is so lovely, very skilled and amazing at keeping Freddie calm (he is usually very boisterous and never sits still!). Wouldn’t go anywhere else, thank you Charlotte x

My daughter loves Charlotte, and whenever we see her in Westfield (even if it not haircut day) she will go in a say hello and she will always take a second to say hi.
