We went for my lively 2 year old little boys first haircut, Eden made friends with him put us at ease and gave my son a great haircut.

The hairdresser was running late which was due to one of the previous customers arriving late. I asked for a short boys haircut but it’s been done so badly. Very uneven and very little taken off the front. I feel he was trying to make up for lost time.

Very rushed throughout. Even though you have 20min booked, they rush everything, in a frantic and impolite way, so to squeeze other people who had not booked slots in between.
The hairdresser talked to another client in my presence about cutting my son's hair "very quickly" meaning "I would get read of them as fast as I can".
Disappointing. I only stayed for my son. Only that.
Bad service, unfortunately. Not coming back.

Return visit but an awful experience.
Hodan just went through the motions- she didn’t make any attempt to tailor the haircut to a child & talked in an abrupt way.
She brushed her hair whilst dry despite my knowledge of curly hair being that it should be detangled when wet.she seemed a capable cutter but was blasé about the cut because my daughter got scared by the hairdryer so Hodan said she couldn’t tell whether the cut was even. By this point, I just wanted to leave! Never coming back
