Charlotte was super friendly and attentive and wonderful at reassuring our 2 year old. The haircut was great and exactly what we had asked for. she has a natural way with young children!

I don’t know where to start. First my child hasn’t received the right treatment as the hairdresser asked the child to be standing up at whole time. Stressing the child out and repeating don’t movie even when the child hasn’t move. She hasn’t followed what I did asked her to be done (just trim) so I need to ask more than 10 times to stop cut the hair off as she actually took about 5-6cm off and then she kept cutting pretended she is trying to make it straight. You have lost another customer.

I had a wonderful first haircut a few weeks ago with Elif. It was my son’s first haircut and not only did she do a fabulous job, he was also able to sit through it despite being anxious. This time however, it was a disaster. The hairdresser used a clipper and not a scissor despite my request and gave him a horrible haircut. It’s short and uneven. To top it off, she didn’t do much to work with him or help him be at ease, so he was hysterical. a bad haircut and bad experience

An absolute rubbish experience we had. We came all the way from Welwyn to Westfield thinking it’s Trotters. But everything was rubbish. The hairdresser was extremely rude. She did an awful hair cut. What a waste of time,money and energy.
