Charlotte is amazing, a brilliant asset to Trotters, we drive almost 2 hours to Westfield only for her to cut our son’s hair. She’s thorough, has brilliant attention to detail, is kind and like I told her has the patience of a saint because my son doesn’t make it easy for her yet she still does an amazing job, thanks Charlotte!, our Pablo is looking even more handsome now 🥰🥰🥰
