Came from Surrey because local branch closed down. stuck in traffic and called the branch to let them know. arrived precisely five minutes after appt time, at 4.45. hairdresser was just starting to cut the hair of another child who had arrived 15m late for her 4.20. When hairdresser finished at 5.05pm she looked at me and the other lady who was due @ 5 and said whose next. This was a really embarrassing situation to be put in considering I had arrived within my appt time
