Hodan was rude and shouted at my daughter because she was looking up and didn’t look down when she asked. She was cutting my daughters hair like she was Edward scissors hands. She didn’t section her hair and cut it properly, she was grabbing her hair and just cutting the ends. I wanted a cute bob and it’s ended up being a hacked mess. I will never ever go back. Absolutely terrible.
