My son was booked for a hair appointment today with Charlotte, not only did she do a fabulous job cutting his hair but also very professional. She took her time and made my son and us feel at ease. I have took both of our sons a numerous times and today was the best experience we have received. Definitely recommend and book with Charlotte only. Thank you Charlotte

We are regular customers of Trotters, but this time we chose the location in Westfield. However, the hairdresser we had was unbelievable. She showed no sympathy for kids and had no patience! At the beginning of the haircut, she asked us to hold our baby tightly without even trying to keep him calm or distract him. She also seemed annoyed by our attempts to keep him calm. Our son has done well with previous haircuts, but this one was difficult and stressful for him and for us.

A sales staff, a blonde girl, just had a smirk one min and a fake smile the next.
A hairdresser, Hodan was doing a relatively good job cutting but “welcomed “ me and my child with sighs when she saw that my child has a lot of hair and then proceeded to ask me if she can cut another customer’s hair. I refused as I specifically needed Hodan to cut my child’s mixed race hair. As she was really good previously. I booked two appointments to allow for that.
I felt terrible, angry and humiliated.
