This was my daughter's second hair cut ever and both have been at Trotters . The first time I had someone really good, calmed my down and really supportive and was quick as she knew she had a limited window to cut and done a great job. This time round the lady was so rude! started off by 'I won't cut her hair if she is like that' didnt help the situation and took so long. The moments my child was sitting nicely she was taking forever to cut then would stop. overall very rude!!
We love getting our girls hair cut at Trotters - it is a lovely experience.
Our eldest daughter had a hair cut to donate to Little Princess Trust.
I recommend Trotters consider offering 1) a hair donation certificate 2) a longer appointment to prepare the hair for donation 3) some salons offer a free hair appointment for hair donations - this would be tax deductible and positive for your brand.
The moment you walk through the store youre in a child freindly atmosphere, with lovely staff and lovely decor. The treatment we had from Elif was really great and my daughter enjoyed having her hair cut.
The place is very clean and the stylist is the best stylist I met for the children she knew how to make them happy and calm I like how she talk with them and her cut is the best
