Great haircut and special thank you to the Trotters Westfield store manager Paula who amazingly rescheduled our appointment and offered a free haircut when our initial appointment was canceled from the store.

Lovely experience- this was our 2 year olds first proper hair cut. She took the time to let him warmup to her and had lots of tricks to keep him happy. The fish tank also helped. It went so much better than we’d expected after a few disastrous home-haircuts!
