Hodan was so patient and kind despite my son being very nervous and scared. He seemed much more settled than he is elsewhere because she took her time and was asking him questions to distract. Really happy with her work and kindness. She also asked for our opinion regarding whether we wanted a bit shorter or not which was also helpful. Amazing customer service. All other staff in store were also very friendly and kind.

Charlotte was amazing with my little boy who was very upset about getting a haircut. She distracted him and tried her best to make him feel comfortable. She managed to give him a great haircut aswell considering he wasn't sitting still majority of the time. Will definitely be back again!
