Charlotte is the only hairdresser that I want my children to see. She does an amazing job cutting their hair, but even more important than that she is so patient, lovely and understanding with my 1 year old who does not enjoy having his hair cut, and who makes Charlotte's job so much more difficult.

Hodan was absolutely brilliant with my little girl and kept her attention which helped with a great haircut

Really disappointed with my sons hair cut. Elif didn’t want to listen to me and kept asking me to let her use the trimmer when I wanted her to use scissors. The hair cut was messy and not neat around the ears. Very disappointed given the price of the haircut. Also, this was my sons haircut in time for his birthday party the next day, when I spoke to a lady at trotters, she asked me to come on Monday but that’s not the point, the haircut should be perfect in the first instance.
