I had a wonderful first haircut a few weeks ago with Elif. It was my son’s first haircut and not only did she do a fabulous job, he was also able to sit through it despite being anxious. This time however, it was a disaster. The hairdresser used a clipper and not a scissor despite my request and gave him a horrible haircut. It’s short and uneven. To top it off, she didn’t do much to work with him or help him be at ease, so he was hysterical. a bad haircut and bad experience

An absolute rubbish experience we had. We came all the way from Welwyn to Westfield thinking it’s Trotters. But everything was rubbish. The hairdresser was extremely rude. She did an awful hair cut. What a waste of time,money and energy.

Make sure you come to Charlotte when you want to cut your hair.
She’s brilliant with the scissors and always works with care.
She takes time to get your style right, whether it straight or curled.
For an amazing Trotters experience, Charlotte is top girl.

Poor haircut. Hodum is normally very good but think she was having a bad day. Seemed sleepy, irritable and off her game. Haircut was well below standard. Will have to get it cut again soon.

Was really anxious about my toddlers first haircut as he is very energetic and does not sit still , the staff were lovely greeted us and was super happy with the haircut
