The slot was advertised as a cut wand blow dry, the hairdresser said she doesn’t have the time to blow dry. However she did kindly agree to blow dry her hair which meant she was late for next appointment. I was also under the impression that the haircut we would include a wash which it never which was disappointing. Overall experience was okay, the only part that was pleasant was Souilla. She had great customer service.

We always go to Trotters for haircut. Always happy but this time with new setup hair stylists are rushed to finish the haircut quickly. They told our hair stylist that 20 mins has passed and next customer was there. My daughter’s hair still needed to be checked! as by the time my daughter sat in the chair, already the first 5 min of our 20 mins was gone. They should at least leave 5mins between appointments. The other hair stylist had to rush as well. Not fair on them neither on customers.
