It was my son’s first hair cut and he was relatively calm and then the hairdresser cut my sons ear and it bled everywhere and wouldn’t stop bleeding. She was I would say careless. We have had our others kids haircut and the hairdressers were careful esp when they were young.

We had such a fantastic experience getting my nearly two-year-old's hair cut at Trotters. Hodan was so kind and patient with my daughter, and the fish were a great distraction! I'm delighted with the cut, and we will definitely be back. The whole thing went so much better than I could have imagined it would.
