First hair cut for my son and he was having his whole head shaved and Leah was great and understood how important this experience was to us.

The haircut was not straight and doesn’t fall nice. I probably could have almost done this job myself. Previously we had a good experience at Trotters but we may be looking elsewhere now.

I have been cutting both my son’s hair at trotters as long as remember, but this time it was the waste hair cut ever , not trimmed correctly and equally at all, really disappointed

Fadua really put our son at ease and he sat still the whole time! She was very attentive and showed him the fish and turned him around to watch people passing to keep him entertained. She gave her advice on the cut as my son has 2 crowns and 2 cow flicks and we’re so happy with the result! The other team in store at the time were very professional and welcoming. We loved his certificate and badge with a lock of his hair, so thoughtful!
