I was 10 mins late - i had called 3 times to say i am running late due to being stuck in traffic and no one answered. I travelled from far which took me 50 mins! to be told by the hairdresser that she will not cut my sons hair as she has 10 mins. I said i only needed it trimmed. Not even an apology. Absolutely terrible service. I come to Trotters regularly and hardly ever take up 20 minutes. All other hairdressers have always been so kind. Poor service Nancy! However Other staff were helpful.
We have been seen Hodan yesterday for the third time now and there is no way I would take my son anywhere else. She is a true professional and her approach to barbering feels extremely collaborative! If you are absolutely lost, searching through the myriad of barbers in London, then look no further! Trotters got your back
Unfortunately we were running late due to the rail strikes. Trotters staff happily moved us to a slightly later appointment. Hodan made my son feel very comfortable. He is 3 years old and gets anxious about cutting his hair, she was very reassuring.
