Very bad experience this time, was very rude with my child, the employees need to be more patient with children. And will also recommend my friends and family to not get any service from a store who don’t know how to be nice with children and their parents. Very disappointed with Hagan’s attitude.

Charlotte is very good at dealing with toddlers who don't sit still for long! She is calm but firm. We've had two haircuts which have been very good with an attention to detail. Would highly recommend!
