Charlotte was amazing. My son was really terrified, and difficult and screamed the place down the entirity of the haircut. Charlotte kept her cool, and got the job done. Any other hairdresser would have given up but she knew what to do. She kept talking to him throughout, and even stopped to give my distraught boy a hug halfway. She was really friendly and polite with us, and reassuring. Thank you Charlotte for making a very difficult task, look (relatively) easy!
