I got to the shop about 4 minutes late but she proceeded as if I had turned up 15mins late. Really rushed it through - my son is good as gold with haircuts and stayed completely still but she nipped the back of his neck. When I pointed it out, she denied it and said it was probably already there. It was red and freshly done. She also didnt really listen to my instruction when I said I'd like to keep it long/not too short. She rushed the entire thing and finished ahead of the next client arriving

The service was very good, the hairdresser had a lot of patience with my son who doesn’t like to cut his hair and always cries, even so she showed to have a lot of skill and experience.

Hodan was fantastic at cutting our special needs son’s hair. He gets very challenging to manage but she did a superb job using clippers as requested by us. She was efficient and very kind in the way she dealt with him. I’d highly recommend Hodan at the Westfield’s Shepherds Bush branch.
