I’ve usually had good experiences with my daughter’s haircuts @ Trotters, however, this time her hair was cut by a new hairdresser who did not wet her hair properly and did not check if the cut was even. She has curls and when she got home that night, I noticed a completely uneven haircut that I had to fix myself. Not a great experience.

Eden is an excellent professional stylist and very good care because my baby (2 years old); he had a lot of hair and was behaving very badly and even so Eden left perfect down to the last detail. Thank you Eden 😘

I was 10 mins late - i had called 3 times to say i am running late due to being stuck in traffic and no one answered. I travelled from far which took me 50 mins! to be told by the hairdresser that she will not cut my sons hair as she has 10 mins. I said i only needed it trimmed. Not even an apology. Absolutely terrible service. I come to Trotters regularly and hardly ever take up 20 minutes. All other hairdressers have always been so kind. Poor service Nancy! However Other staff were helpful.
